What is Clearvoice by Schultz Technology?

Does FetchIt® save time and improve customer service?

FetchIt® allows your staff to have the chart pulled up as soon as they answer the phone call. Your customers will love this personalized experience and appreciate you being ready to answer their questions. The reporting tool also allows you to staff your clinic efficiently and effectively, saving you time and money.

How many computers can I install FetchIt® on?

Your Fetchit® monthly subscription satisfies as many computers as you have phones. As you add or replace computers just reach out to us at fetchitsupport@schultztechnology.com, and we'll get you up and running.

What are the system requirements to run FetchIt®?

Workstations:

  • Operating System: Windows 10, 11
  • RAM - 8GB minimum
  • Available HD Space: 8GB

Servers:

  • Operating System: Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016, 2019
  • RAM - 16GB minimum
  • Available Hard Drive Space: 8GB

Network Requirements:

FetchIt® requires these ports to be open on the network:

  • 1433 TCP - SQL Server Database
  • 1434 UDP - SQL Server Browser
  • 3520 UDP - fetchit® Interface Box
  • 1020-1030 TCP - Bubble Popups

How can I get FetchIt® for my PIM's software?

FetchIt® is an in-house developed app. Our engineers are working on new integrations everyday. Please email fetchitsupport@schultztechnology.com or call us at (888) 795-6508 to schedule a discovery meeting.

How does FetchIt® use my information?

FetchIt® only uses your database information for the purposes of the app. Unlike most software, FetchIt® does not collect your data or your client’s data.

What's a CallerID box as it pertains to FetchIt®?

Whether you have an analog or VOIP phone system, a FetchIt® support technician will make sure you have the right device to work with FetchIt®.

What if I need help with FetchIt®?

What all do I get with my FetchIt® subscription?

You get the full fetchit® application with history, and our three standard reports. Average calls by day, average calls by hour, and receptionist call counts, along with 24/7 support.
